There is no charge to have a Kwik Cash Loan available to
you. You will only be charged interest when your loan is active and you have a
balance outstanding.

Kwik Cash requires loan officer approval for a loan limit
to be determined.

If you have Kwik Cash linked to your checking, CVCU will
notify you by mail each time your loan is activated, including when and how much
was transferred. Transfers will be made for the exact amount needed to cover
checks that would otherwise “bounce.”

You can access your Kwik Cash Line of Credit by writing a
check, calling for an advance, or transferring the loan money into your checking
using TEX or e-TEX, up to your pre-approved limit.

When linked to checking, Kwik Cash also provides an extra
measure of security when using Check Card for purchases or at an ATM.

Your payment is $5.00 or 3% of your loan balance per month,
whichever is greater.

The Kwik Cash rate is 11.95% APR. APR (Annual percentage rate) accurate as of April 2, 2008.
