Easy to Use.
All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account numbers and a personal access
code of your choice. To use TEX the
very first time:
• Call the TEX number at 623-7771 or, if long distance to
Antigo 1-800-290-8663.
• Our automated phone attendant will walk you through the
steps in establishing your access code.
You will be asked to enter your account number and then a personal access code
of your choice.
The access code must be numeric, and can only be 4 digits long.
• The automated attendant will ask you to confirm your
identity by entering your social security number. Once you have completed these
steps, you are free to access your accounts using the codes provided below.
• After the initial setup call, you will only need to
enter your account number and access code for future
calls to TEX.
If you are unsuccessful in using TEX, call our office at
715-627-4336 or 1-800-398-2667 or email us. We may need to activate this service on your
accounts.
TEX Extras.
• Press the # sign after all entries.
• To interrupt the automated attendant, press the # sign at any time.
• To enter dollar amounts, include cents without a decimal, i.e. $100 = 10000#.
• To enter dates, include 6 digits, i.e. March 31, 2007 = 033107.
• To transfer funds between unlike base numbers, the names on each account must
be identical, and you must request that we link these accounts for TEX access.
• Federal regulations allow up to 6 transfers per month from a share account.
Transfers done with TEX count towards this limit.
• Requests for check withdrawals will be made payable
to the first person on the account and will be
mailed the next business day.
Instructions on using TEX
1. For Local calls, dial 623-7771. For long distance to Antigo, call 1-800-290-8663.
2. Enter your account number followed by the #.
3. Enter your access code followed by the #.
4. Enter the service code and #. (A list of Service Codes is printed
below.)
5. To end the call, enter 99 and #.
