If you should find that your browser (INTERNET EXPLORER  or  NETSCAPE) is saving your passwords you can use the following steps to correct it.

For Internet Explorer:
Bring up your browser and choose Tools from the menu bar.
Then choose Internet Options.
From this menu go to the Content Tab.
Click on Auto Complete.
You can pick clear forms to clear all user names from any forms they have been saved to.
You can pick clear passwords to clear all passwords from anywhere they have been saved. Do not check the box Prompt me to save passwords if you do not want any passwords saved. (You should not save your password for e-tex if anyone else has access to your computer.)

 Call Center: 715-627-4336 or
toll-free 1-800-398-2667

Please email us with questions or comments.

For Netscape:
Bring up your browser and go to Edit on the top menu bar.
Choose Preferences and on the left hand side menu and click on the Privacy & Security tab.
Choose Passwords - you will see a box that reads Remember passwords.
Do not check this box if you do not want your passwords saved.  (You should not save your password for e-tex if anyone else has access to your computer.)
Go Back and choose Forms under the Privacy & Security tab.
There is a box that reads Save form data from web pages when completing forms.  This has the ability to save addresses and credit card information.  (If other people have access to your computer you would not want these things saved.)
