With the free* CoVantage Mobile app, you’ll be able to perform many of the inquiries and transactions you can using CoVantage Online home banking and bill pay, all from your compatible smartphone or tablet, including:
Transfer funds and view account history
Locate all CoVantage branches and fee-free ATMs**
Sign up to receive text
notifications and alerts about your account
Remote deposit capture (take a picture of your check to deposit it)
All you need to use CoVantage Mobile is:
An active CoVantage membership
An active mobile phone number and smartphone
The ability to receive text messages and/or data services on your mobile smartphone
After downloading the app or browsing to the mobile web app, you will need you to register your account by clicking "new user" and entering your personal information, name, date of birth, and etc. Your information will be verified and then system will allow you to create a User ID and password for immediate access.
To complete the activation, go to your email inbox and follow the steps to finish the activation process. If you do not receive an email or do not have a current one on file, you will need to contact us at 800-398-2667 to complete activation.
Load n'Go accounts are not eligible for Remote Deposit Capture. If you want to be able to use this feature, you will need to register your savings account with the mobile app.

Remote Deposit Capture
In order to use remote deposit capture (RDC), you will need to call our Contact Center to activate the service. To qualify for RDC, your account registered for mobile banking must be in good standing. If your account qualifies, RDC will be available for you within one business day. After activation, you can deposit checks to your account by taking a photo of both sides of your endorsed check and entering the check amount. The check must be
endorsed (signed) in order to be deposited.
If you do not have checking on the account, the deposit will default to the primary savings account.
New RDC user deposits may be subject to a manual check review for a period of up to 60 days. Holds may apply.
If the check capture is successful, funds will be deposited to your account. In some cases, we will not make all of the funds available on the same business day we receive your deposit. Depending on the type of check, funds may not be available until the second business day after the day of deposit. However, the first $200 will be available immediately.
If the check was rejected due to low light, unreadable due to distance, or other reasons, you may be able to resubmit the check by RDC. If the check(s) were rejected due to being over the allowed dollar or item limit, you will not be able to resubmit them with RDC.
You do not have to send in the check after you have taken pictures of your check. You can void it and keep it for your records, or destroy it once you have verified the check(s) have been added to your account balance.
The "mobile deposit" tab shows recent remote deposit activity and status of recent deposits.
Some limits may apply to remote deposit capture. For instance, we may limit the maximum dollar amount or the number of items that can be deposited per day, and the amount that will be immediately be available to you.
CoVantage Mobile is completely secure.
No user authentication or account information is permanently stored in the mobile device. It is deleted when you quit the application. If you lose your phone, your account information is still secure.
All transactions and data exchanges are encrypted using the latest technology.
