There have been two components to our member patronage program: a savings bonus, which provides an additional dividend and is based on total interest earned during the year; and a loan interest rebate, which returns a portion of the interest paid on loans. Invested in Technology
At CoVantage, we have been heavily investing in technology for a number of years. Services such as online banking, bill pay, online lending, and mobile banking, are technological improvements we have made, or are in the process of improving or implementing.
Early morning hours at all locations
Cash checks, make a deposit, and withdraw money starting at 7:30 a.m. at all of our drive-up lanes.
Extended Contact Center hours
Talk directly with a staff member anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Members can do most transactions including consumer loans without having to come into the office.
Seven area middle schools participate in a savings program called Kidz Credit Union. This program provides financial education to area young people and helps instill wise spending and saving habits at an early age. We offer free financial counseling through Accel Members Financial Counseling. All counseling is a benefit of credit union membership, and is conducted over the phone by calling Accel at 877-332-2235. Learn more.
