CoVantage Credit Union has selected Stephanie Bartletti to serve as the newly created role of Vice President of Mission and Engagement. In this role, Bartletti will lead the CoVantage Cares Foundation, oversee community engagement, events, advocacy initiatives, financial education, and programs supported through CoVantage’s Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) designation. With a focus on deepening relationships across CoVantage markets and improving quality of life for members and neighbors, Stephanie brings the perfect blend of leadership and heart to this role.
Bartletti has served CoVantage for nearly 29 years, growing the Marketing Department’s impact, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening community engagement in partnership with branch leaders. She previously guided mission activities and helped coordinate multiple CoVantage Cares Foundation Giving Tuesday campaigns, experience that will support the organization’s continued community impact.
“Serving our member-owners and communities is at the heart of CoVantage’s mission. Stephanie exemplifies that commitment and brings deep relationships, operational strength, and nearly three decades of experience to this new role. As VP of Mission and Engagement, she will help us grow meaningful initiatives that lift communities and expand access to financial education across our markets.” said Janel Thoune, SVP Marketing & Mission.
CoVantage continues its significant commitment and investment into improving the communities it serves. This year marks the 10 year anniversary of the CoVantage Cares Foundation, which has granted $4.3 million to nonprofits across our markets. Each year, CoVantage engages with and sponsors more than 300 local community groups. In 2025, over 3,600 individuals benefited from financial literacy presentations. CoVantage has maintained its Community Development Financial Institution designation for the past 15 years, helping underserved individuals and businesses purchase homes, create jobs, and access responsible credit.
