Business Lending Team

Rhonda has been with CoVantage since 2013 where she manages the team of commercial lenders throughout the charter area. She's been in the banking industry since 1993, mainly focused in commercial lending. Her extensive knowledge of various commercial industries allows her to help business members achieve their financial goals.

Dan has been a Commercial Lender since 1993, focusing on members needs and financial solutions critical to their business success. He has experience with small to large businesses including real estate lending, equipment financing, lines of credit, and SBA-related loans. He has worked for CoVantage since 2012 and enjoys understanding members' business and goals and providing all the benefits CoVantage has to offer.

Jazmin has been with CoVantage since 2013; she started as a Teller, progressing to a Member Service Representative, and then to her current role as a Commercial Loan Officer in 2022. She prides herself on providing outstanding value and exceptional service to each and every member she serves.

Joe has been in the commercial lending industry since 2015. He believes in engaging with business owners in pursuit of their financial dreams to create a long-lasting relationship that enhances their business and serves their every need.

Lori has worked in financial institutions since 1983 and has been with CoVantage since 2015. In 2018, she joined the Commercial Department, becoming a Portfolio Manager in 2021. Lori is dedicated to exceptional member service and CoVantage's mission to welcome all.

Sarah has worked in finance since 2001, joining CoVantage in 2004, and the commercial team in 2022. She has worked in member service and mortgage lending, and thinks outside the box to help members with commercial loan and deposit needs. Sarah is often out in her community volunteering at sponsored events, as well as local FFA and 4H functions.

Shaun has been with CoVantage since 2018, working in the Industry since 1998. His years of experience give him many creative ways to structure financing requests. He has served on a Revolving Loan Committee Fund and is very willing to utilize available programs to help you reach your business goals.

Trevor has worked in the lending industry since 2012. He specializes in agriculture lending, but enjoys working with all industries. Trevor’s favorite part of being a lender is seeing the impact small businesses have on the local community.

Mark Trevor has been a Commercial Lender in the Greater Chicago Area for over 30 years. He enjoys working with business owners, real estate investors, and developers to provide the loan and deposit services they need to achieve their goals. Mark strives to meet or exceed member expectations by providing timely and responsive service.

Jan Czaja has been in commercial lending since 2015. During this time, he has accumulated experience in rental real estate financing, construction financing and business lines of credits. He joined CoVantage in 2023 as part of their expansion into Chicago area and prides himself on providing great service and helping members to achieve their financial goals.

Mary joined CoVantage in 2023 and has been serving small businesses and individuals with their financing needs since 1987. Her consultative approach helps her understand your business to identify your needs and present solutions that meet them. She is passionate about helping business owners achieve their dreams and is focused on creating win-win opportunities for those she works with.

Stephanie has been with CoVantage since 2018 as Virtual Lender and joined the commercial team in 2023 as Commercial Loan Officer. Stephanie has worked in the financial industry since 2002, spending 15 years managing brick and mortar branches in Madison and Milwaukee area. Her goal as a lender is to help business members reach their business dreams while remaining financial strong. She is excited to work with new or existing businesses striving to exceed member expectations bringing her 22 years of lending experience.

Karen joined CoVantage in 2023 and worked in the financial industry since 1990. Since that time, she has worked with personal accounts, financial planning, and in leadership. In 2008, Karen's career grew to include small business accounts. She has experience with managing commercial accounts, include short- and long-term lending. Karen takes the time to personally understand her members’ need and looks forward to working again in Shawano and getting involved in the community.

Connie has been in commercial lending since 2001 and joined CoVantage in 2024.  Her experience positions her to effectively and efficiently meet the lending needs of her members.  She enjoys getting to know people and is committed to serving them in a professional and personal manner.  Connie also likes being involved in the community and volunteering in her free time.

Mike started in Commercial Lending in 1992 and has worked with business owners and investors on creative financial solution to help them achieve success. He joined CoVantage in 2023 and enjoys serving members in the Chicago market with loans to small and mid-sized businesses, SBA programs and commercial real estate/construction loans.
