About

CoVantage Careers

Friendly, professional, and a passion for helping others. If that sounds like you, then consider joining our credit union. We offer a team-oriented environment where all employees are treated with respect and fairness.

We live our mission to "welcome all."

Our culture fosters a sense of belonging, value, and trust; and of putting people first. Together, we make a difference for our member-owners, employees, and the communities we serve.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we start by hiring the best people and presenting them with exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Our employees go way beyond handling financial matters. They give back to our Wisconsin, Illinois and upper Michigan charter-area communities by promoting financial literacy to students and adults, and by volunteering for civic groups, school events, and more. If this sounds like an organization you would be proud to work for, we want you. We'll give you a chance to grow and an opportunity to serve.

Our History

CoVantage Credit Union (formerly Antigo Co-op Credit Union) came into business in 1953. The first office had just two employees in the basement of the now non-operational Antigo Co-op Oil Association bulk plant. From the beginning, CoVantage has been member-owned and operated, with a philosophy of doing business for "people-not-profit" that still holds true today.

Over the years, CoVantage Credit Union has grown significantly in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois, offering business lendingmortgage lending, a full-service contact center, accounting, information technology/security, and marketing departments in addition to the expected teller, consumer lending, and financial service departments. Over 450 employees working in 23 locations serve our 150,000+ members!
