Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read the notice carefully to understand what we do. You may view and download CoVantage's privacy notice, or call us and we will mail you a copy of it. The notice is accurate as of November 2010 and has not changed.

Mobile Carrier Information Disclosure

You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to CoVantage Credit Union or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for how we treat your data.

This disclosure describes your ability to withdraw funds at CoVantage Credit Union. It only applies to the availability of funds in transaction accounts. The credit union reserves the right to delay the availability of funds deposited to accounts that are not transaction accounts for periods longer than those disclosed in this policy

This Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic fund transfers (EFT) services offered to you by CoVantage Credit Union.

The rates, fees and terms applicable to your account at the Credit Union are provided with this Truth-in-Savings Disclosure

The service fee schedule may be accessed against your account and the following transaction limitations, if any, apply to your account.

Use of Online Technologies to Collect Information

CoVantage Credit Union may use technologies to store information on your computer when you visit a CoVantage website. For example, cookies may be used within our websites to enhance website security, improve website effectiveness, tailor the sites to your individual preferences, and improve our marketing campaigns.

Cookies are a string of data sent between a server and a web browser to help track how you are using our websites and improve your online experience. Cookies are not used to retrieve any data from your hard drive, nor can they run a program on your computer. We may use cookies to help protect your accounts from being accessed by unauthorized users, to maintain session integrity, and to enable enhanced security. Cookies are also used to help us understand your interests and needs so we can provide you with a customized online experience.

A pixel tag, also known as a web bug in an embedded image, is an invisible tag placed on a webpage to register when a particular computer visits that specific page. These tags and beacons are used in combination with cookies. We may place these on our web properties and in online advertisements to better personalize your experience with CoVantage and to understand aggregate website usage and patterns.

Accepting Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. If you do not wish to receive cookies, refer to your browser's online help for further instructions and information on setting cookie preferences. If you turn off cookies, you may not be able to use some MyCoVantage digital banking features.

Third-Party Websites. The CoVantage web properties may direct you to other sites on the Internet to provide additional information or services that may be of interest to you. Third-party websites may have privacy and security policies different from CoVantage Credit Union. Please review the privacy and security policies of websites reached through links from CoVantage Credit Union websites.

Managing Cookies

If you change your mind and no longer want to accept cookies, you can change your browser's settings to delete cookies and to not accept new cookies. To manage cookies in your browser, you can usually find these options under Tools, Preferences, or Settings. Please note, however, that if you delete cookies or do not accept them performance and functionality may be affected.
