Loan Rates

Houses? They're expensive. So are cars, boats, and RVs. At CoVantage, we try to make everything more affordable by providing low rates.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) effective April 25, 2025 and subject to change.

Rates/APRs (annual percentage rates) are based on a loan amount of $100,000 for a primary residence. In-House Rates/APRs are for borrowers with credit scores of 760 and higher and a Loan-to-Value (LTV) of 80% or less. Secondary Market Rates/APRs are for borrowers with credit scores of 760 and higher and a Loan-to-Value (LTV) of 70% of less purchase transaction. Borrowers with lower credit scores, higher LTV, or who are requesting lower loan amounts may expect slightly higher rates/APRs. For loans with less than 20% downpayment, private mortgage insurance may be required. These costs will be added if necessary. If escrow is required or requested, the actual monthly payment will also include amounts of real estate taxes and homeowner's insurance premium. Only eligible borrowers who meet CoVantage credit and membership requirements may qualify for financing.

  • Second homes – Add .25% to rates below.
  • Non-owner Occupied – (limited to 20-year amortization) Add .75% to rates below.
  • Land loans – Add .75% to In-House rates.
  • In-House Jumbo ($806,500 and greater) –  Subtract 0.125% from In-House rates.
  • 90% LTV with no PMI. Call for rates and terms.
    • 10% downpayment for borrowers with credit scores of 760 and above.

Titled Vehicle & RV Rates include: Titled cars, motorcycles. campers, and boats over 16 feet long. 120 and 180 month terms only available for motorhomes, campers and boats. 

Non-Titled Recreational Vehicle Rates include: Snowmobiles, ATVs, campers, and boats under 16 feet long.

Each year, our Board of Directors decides how much to set aside to cover deposit dividends, operating costs, and other needs, including investments in technology, so that CoVantage stays relevant and has the growth needed to stay financially strong. Extra revenues are then returned to our member-owners in the form of Patronage, which we've been making since 1980.
