Michele has been with CoVantage Credit Union since 1997, working in the mortgage industry since 2007. She has extensive knowledge of mortgage products including WHEDA, USDA, Fannie Mae and in-house products. She is always willing to “think outside of the box” to find ways to consolidate debts, lower your mortgage interest rates, and lower your monthly payments to fit your individual needs.

Antigo & Elcho
Pam has been at CoVantage Credit Union and as a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2015 and has worked in a financial institution since 1992, and has worked in mortgage since 2008. She specializes in conventional mortgages for both purchases and refinances. She is knowledgeable in low down payment programs, especially the WHEDA program for purchases. Pam is active in the Elcho and Pelican Lake Communities.

Fox Valley
Sarah became a mortgage lender in 2018, joining CoVantage with the CentralAlliance Credit Union merger. Her background in real estate and title insurance means she understands that building, purchasing, or refinancing can be stressful. De Pere
Ryan has been a lender with CoVantage since 2006. He enjoys crunching numbers to figure out the loan option that works best to help members achieve their goals and save money. His experience coaching members to improve their credit history and further their financial situation is extensive. He focuses on clearly communicating throughout the mortgage process, so you can be confident your purchase, refinance, or construction project is completed to your satisfaction.

Gina has an in-depth knowledge of loan products, a sophisticated understanding of the financial market, and exceptional customer service skills. She cares for people and always seeks to build long term relationships with her members. Whether it’s helping members get the financing to purchase a new home or refinance an existing mortgage, Gina thrives on customer service. She works closely with her members to ensure that they are comfortable and at ease throughout the process.

Rhinelander
Gail has worked for CoVantage since 2010 and has worked in finance since 1997. She became a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2014. Gail enjoys working with members to achieve their dream of home ownership and loves the fact that CoVantage offers so many programs for purchases and refinances. Her way of putting herself into the members shoes and her compassion for members has delivered high service levels.

Chris started at CoVantage in 2012 as Mortgage Loan Originator. She has been a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer since 2009 and has been in the consumer and mortgage lending field for over 20 years. Chris utilizes products and services to fit member’s needs for purchases, refinances, and construction loans. Chris is involved with the local community and gives back to it by participating in Junior Achievement.

Wausau
Tiffany has been with CoVantage Credit Union since 2017 and as a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2020. She is dedicated to exceptional member service and our mission to welcome all. You will see her out in the community volunteering at sponsored events along with volunteering at local schools with Junior Achievement.

Tracy has been with CoVantage since 2018, starting in loss mitigation and transferring to mortgage lending in 2020. Her 22+ years working in city government provides exceptional experience with real estate and taxes. She looks forward to helping you buy your first home, refinance, or build.

Jessica has been at CoVantage Credit Union since 2016 and as a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2018. She was born and raised in the Shawano Area and has a passion for helping members achieve their financial goals.
