Fore Our Communities Golf Event Drives Community Support 

The fourth annual Fore Our Communities Golf Event was a huge success! 

The CoVantage Cares Foundation, the charitable giving arm of CoVantage Credit Union, hosted the event at Mid Vallee Golf Course in De Pere, Wisconsin on September 10. The outing brought together community members, business partners, and supporters for a day focused on giving back. 

It was a beautiful fall September day where 108 golfers came out to support the Foundation. While a little friendly competition on the course was fun, the real standout was the impact we were able to make. Together, more than $45,000 was raised for local nonprofits! 

The proceeds support the CoVantage Cares Foundation quarterly grant program, where funds are distributed to non-profit organizations that provide assistance to individuals, especially those experiencing significant financial challenge, and to non-profit organizations working to enhance the quality of life of residents living in the communities served by CoVantage Credit Union. Some key areas include addressing basic needs and promoting financial wellness and education. The goal is to create lasting, meaningful change in our communities.  

The generosity shown through this event really goes beyond just one day at the golf course. Every sponsorship, donation, registration, and volunteer effort demonstrates a shared commitment to helping our local communities thrive. The continued success of this event underscores that change really is possible when we come together and unite for a shared purpose, and it’s inspiring to see businesses and community members rally around a common goal.

2026 marks the eleventh year of the CoVantage Cares Foundation. Since its founding, nearly 600 grants have been awarded and more than $5 million have been invested in our communities. The success of this event will help the Foundation keep increasing its reach and impact.
