CoVantage takes pride in offering our Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois neighbors great rates on mortgages, rewards credit cards, home equity loans, vehicle loans, and personal loans.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) effective 07/27/2024 and subject to change.

Rates and monthly payments are our lowest available and based on a $100,000 loan amount. Fixed rates/APRs based on credit scores of 740+ and a Loan-to-Value (LTV) of 60% or less purchase transaction. In-House fixed and adjustable rates/APRs based on credit scores of 722+ and a Loan-to Value (LTV) of 80% or less. Actual rates may vary based on down payment, LTV, credit score, loan type and property type. For loans with less than 20% down payment, private mortgage insurance may be required. These costs will be added if necessary. If escrow is required or requested, the actual monthly payment will also include amounts of real estate taxes and homeowner’s insurance premium. Only eligible borrowers who meet CoVantage credit and membership requirements may qualify.
