Paperless Statements FAQ
You can access your statements by selecting “Documents” from the top navigation on desktop. Your statements will appear as the first section on the page.
Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper right corner, then select Documents, followed by the Documents submenu.
Yes, in addition to paperless statements, you can view loan documents and tax form for up to 7 years. Statements available in MyCoVantage are member statements, credit card statements, mortgage statements, and business account statements, if applicable.

Clicking on any of the statement buttons will open the corresponding statement in a new browser tab or inside the app. You will see options to download and save it to your computer or mobile device, or to print your statements if you prefer them on paper.

Note that the MyCoVantage documents page utilizes the native feature of iOS and Android to provide all options that you have installed on your device, such as utilizing an app, sharing it through multiple channels, or just viewing it.

For example, after saving your statement as a PDF, you can attach it to an email and send it securely to your accountant. This is a convenient way to share financial documents without printing.

You can visit your local CoVantage branch and a member service representative can provide you with the copies you need for a nominal fee.
Yes, but you first must sign up for paperless statements for each account. Once you have this set up, you can see all account statements under your primary MyCoVantage account. If you need assistance with enrollment, call our contact center at 800-398-2667.
Yes, you can filter the statements you see by account and date range. You can change the date by either selecting from the calendar dropdown or by typing in the date field. After clicking the search button, your filter will apply and you can see all the statements tied to that account for that date range.
You will receive an email notification alerting you that your paperless statement is ready to view.
No, paperless statements are free!
No. Dual delivery is not supported. We encourage members to go fully paperless for convenience and savings.
