Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Annual Meeting

Anyone may attend our Annual Meeting.

Yes! You have the option to attend the Annual Meeting in person, or you can attend virtually. If attending in person, the meeting will be held at the Volm Theatre inside the Antigo High School, 1900 10th Ave, Antigo, WI 54409. If attending in person, you do not need to register ahead of time. When you arrive, you will need to check in and provide the following information: date of birth (MMDDYYYY format), last 4 digits of your social security number, and your membership number. 

If you don’t know your account number, it can be found within MyCoVantage under “Account Details,” or on your member ID Card.

If you let us know ahead of time that you would be attending virtually, we will send you an email on February 19th from: email@email.covantagecu.org containing a link.  

There will also be a link on our website, which will direct you to the website https://cuballot.com/covantagecu-meeting to join the meeting virtually.  

You will not need to download anything to view the meeting, but you will need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection.  

To log into the meeting virtually, you will enter the following information on the secure webpage: your date of birth (MMDDYYYY format), the last 4 digits of your social security number, and your membership number.

Yes, it is important for all members to log in individually so we can have an accurate count of members attending. Similar to attending our in-person Annual Meeting, when all attendees register, we document the number of all members in attendance for quorum purposes. Also, everyone who logs in will be entered into the prize drawings. 

The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and last approximately one hour. In order for us to promptly begin the meeting at 7:00 pm, we ask that you join by 6:55 pm. You can begin logging into the meeting as early as 6:40 pm on February 21, 2024.

Yes. The Annual Report will be available on our website at: https://covantagecu.org/annualmeeting the day of the Annual Meeting, February 21, 2024, and through the rest of the year. If attending virtually, they will be available for your review under “documents” on the meeting webpage. If you would like a paper copy, please visit one of our branch locations. 

Members who register in-person or virtually via the meeting webpage, will be entered into the prize drawing. Members that are attending virtually will have their winnings deposited into their account.
