You can download the WebEx app to your smart phone, tablet, or computer ahead of time, or you can join the WebEx meeting through your computer browser. Yes, it is important for all members to register individually so we can have an accurate count of members who plan to attend.  Similar to an in-person Annual Meeting, when all attendees sign in, we document the number of all members in attendance for quorum purposes. Also, everyone that registers will be entered into the prize drawings.

The link to login for the meeting is unique to you and identifies you in the meeting. This allows us to have an accurate record of those in attendance.

The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and last approximately one hour. In order for us to promptly begin the meeting at 7:00 pm., we ask that you join by 6:55 pm. You can begin logging into the meeting as early as 6:40 pm on February 15, 2023.

Questions are always welcome! You will have the opportunity to ask questions within the Q&A feature during the meeting.
